Town Hall Theatre

Town Hall Theater is much more than just our historic building, lovingly restored in 2008. THT is a cultural anchor for Addison County and beyond; a shared resource for artists, non-profits (including over a dozen resident companies), businesses, and educators; and a destination that unites a diverse cross-section of our community around unique, shared experiences. THT is an inclusive, inviting space for everyone! Your support through ticket purchases, donations, and volunteering helps us continue to thrive with 165 events per year.

Located in the heart of downtown Middlebury, Town Hall Theater is a lovingly restored and unique venue that provides a beautiful, memorable location for a variety of events. We host celebrations, conferences and business meetings, dinners and cocktail parties, memorials, and more. THT features a flexible 232-seat theater, an art gallery, studio space, and modern, light-filled event spaces just next door.

Town Hall Theater is easily accessible by car or foot. Downtown Middlebury features numerous restaurants, inns, and attractions to complement visitors for your events.
