Rebecca De Ornelas

Rebecca De Ornelas is the co-founder of Fair Share Films and an award-winning actor and filmmaker offering training rooted in Uta Hagen’s techniques. She was nominated for “Best Actress” for her role as Sophia in The Sleepless at the 2020 Alternative Film Festival Toronto and the 2020 Seattle Film Festival and starred in Naked, named Best Comedy Short by the 2020 Seoul International Film Festival. Rebecca also played the lead in The Videoblogs, described as “a provocative indie” by RogerEbert.com, and has appeared on New York stages, including with Alice Spivak’s On The Road repertory company. A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she trained at the Stella Adler Studio, Rebecca is a member of SAG-AFTRA. She consults on projects from script development through completion, with her films earning festival selections, securing investments, and achieving global distribution on platforms like Amazon Prime and iTunes.
