Melissa Kosmaczewski

Melissa Kosmaczewski is a Producer with a background in commercial and documentary film and photography content production. Melissa has produced video, photography and animation/VFX work for brands like Keurig, Truly Hard Seltzer, Philips, Frida Mom, Aluma Craft, Columbia, Canada Dry, Motts, Krispy Kreme, NBC, Bai, Blue Cross Blue Shield and more as a Line Producer, Assistant Director and as a Senior Agency Producer.

Melissa has built a national network of unshakeable creative talent. In 2021 Melissa formed Good Girl Production as a national production company that thrives to empower fledgling industry folk who have a passion to create. Melissa’s early professions of bartender and comedy club server mean she knows how to have a conversation with everyone in the room – no matter how shy or spirited. Whether seated at the senior leadership table with major brand and agency executives or seated on the curb with ADs sorting out curve balls – Melissa knows who to call to do the walking and isn’t afraid to do the talking.

Plus, she’s a people person who thrives on empowering those around her to do their best. Melissa offers National content production support, and is Vermont based and offers local production support in Boston, NYC and New England. She lives with her husband, Dog and Cats on their Organic Vegetable Farm in Vermont (no but seriously) and are happy to be celebrating 9 years as Vermonters!
