My background in the entertainment business has allowed me to work on everything from features, documentaries, commercials,news, & sports. I spent my first twenty years in the business as a cameraman, and have always been interested in the challenges faced by the audio department. Due to a shortage of quality audio technicians in my area, I began to transition into the sound field about twenty years ago. Having many years of knowledge in all areas of production has proven to make me an asset on low budget shoots. Being able to step in and help when needed helps move the production along.
I have worked on many productions working as both the drone operator and sound mixer, not at the same time of course.
My primary residence in Vermont is convenient to two interstates, making it easy to get to most locations in New England and eastern New York state within a few hours. An available apartment in Somerville, MA allows me to work in the Boston area as a local as well depending on the project.
